Mr. Ajay Garg - (CFO)

Mr. Archit Jain - (Company Secretary)
is qualified company secretary. He is expertise in company Law matters including Secretarial activities and Board meeting and having knowledge of listing compliances.

Mr. Tushar Rai Sharma - (Non-executive & Independent Director)
is also a director of the company. He is the most important person of the company in taking financial, fund management and investing decisions. He is also capable of deep analysis on the security market and current trends of the indian securities market.

Mr. Parmanand Chaubey - (Non-executive Director)
