AJAY GARG (CFO)

is a chief financial officer of the company. He has done his graduation from reputed university. He always work for the betterment of the company. He has good knowledge in the area of finance and his thoughts are always welcome for the future diagnosis of the company.

ARCHIT JAIN ( COMPANY SECRETARY)

is qualified company secretary. He is expertise in company Law matters including Secretarial activities and Board meeting and having knowledge of listing compliances.

PARMANAND CHAUBEY (DIRECTOR)

is also a director of the company. He has his graduation from reputed university. He always work for the betterment of the company. He has good knowledge in the area of finance and his thoughts are always welcome for the future diagnosis of the company.

Mr. Prem Keshri – Additional Director

Mr. Prem Keshri is an experienced professional with expertise in business management, corporate affairs, and strategic planning. As an Additional Director, he contributes to the Company's growth by providing valuable insights on business operations, corporate governance, and strategic decision-making, supporting the Board in achieving the Company's long-term objectives.

Mr. Divyesh Kishor Bhanushali – Independent Director

Mr. Divyesh Kishor Bhanushali is an experienced professional with expertise in corporate governance, business management, and regulatory compliance.
